At RoyalVault, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products cannot be returned.

- Opened or used fragrances
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us at vaultresales@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the return
- Photos if the item arrived damaged
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
