Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
New Zealand:
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
International Shipping:
- Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to track your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
RoyalVault is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. RoyalVault cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been placed.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
